Because products may be made specifically after an order is placed, minor variations in colour, positioning or appearance may occur.
Product images displayed on our website are intended to provide a representation of the product. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen, device and lighting.

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizing information and prices are accurate.

ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

If we are unable to fulfil an order, we may contact you and, where appropriate, provide a refund.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Most Ausome & Co. apparel is made to order.
Once an order has entered production, it may not be possible to make changes or cancel the order.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at orders@ausomeandco.com.
We will do our best to assist, but changes or cancellations may not be possible once
production has commenced.

RETURNS

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or other reasons unrelated to a product fault or our error.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

SHIPPING

Shipping times and production times are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, public holidays, incorrect delivery information or other events affecting transportation.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customers purchasing from outside Australia are responsible for ensuring that the products they order can legally be imported into their destination country.
International orders may also be subject to customs duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
